My Property was built in the 50's and requires repairs to parts of the timber cladding. Most of the damage is around the external corners of the building, other sections have been painted over by the previous owners and will require some investigative work. See attached areas of concern. This project is located in Mount Wellington. Work required as soon as possible. Cheers
