Replace some old hardie board cladding and repair some eaves

1960s era house clad in old Hardie Board. House already had some lower cladding replaced, but here are boards that have clearly need replacing due to water ingress. We also have some bits that were patched during some previous work and this needs a professional replacement. The photos show the patches area as well as the boards with softening (brown divets where I pushed my finger into them!) We also need some of the eaves looked at as they are deteriorating. Finally there is a bit of dowel like framing around front door that has rotted and needs replacing.
