weatherboards repair or replacement

There are cracks and mould on the weatherboards of my 30+ years old two-story townhouse. We hope to get an experienced builder to do the job, best finished by end of this year. We'll still live in the house, on a rear section of around 400m2, while the work is proceeding. A couple of relevant jobs, for example repairing the barge boards next to the gutter, may also be included.
