42sqm unit - roof, cladding and joinery to replace

I am highly likely going to purchase a unit that needs attention before I move in. I'd like to get a feel for whether the repairs can be achieved within my budget and ideal time frame and if so, book someone to manage and complete the job. I expect to have possession of the property on Sept 11. The iron roof absolutely needs replacing, as does the weatherboard cladding at the rear of the dwelling. The builder's report indicates significant moisture in the timber wall plate and window joinery on the same rear wall so I imagine those should be replaced at the same time. The joinery at the front of the dwelling also needs some work but the rear is top priority.

Great communicator, thoughtful operator. Kliment was considerate to how someone might live in the house - during the work and after! All his suggestions (including those for additional contractors) worked out perfectly. I'm really pleased with the outcome and recommend 27 Building to anyone who cares about their home.
