Carpet replacement/patch

Looking for a carpet layer to look at some damaged carpet and advise on whether a full room replacement is required or whether it can be patched and quote for job. The photo with the 2 holes is in the lounge close to a wall, the photo with one hole is in a wardrobe. It looks like underlay may be affected also. I have a piece of carpet left over from the original job size 1.69m x 1.6m.
