1 Square meter stairs landing

I'm about to build a landing on top of existing stairs, slightly smaller than 1 square meter. I need someone who can dress the new landing with matching carpet for a seamless finish (carpet provided) Hopefully available in about 3 weeks. And able to coordinate with builder to make process short and un-intrusive for home owners (older lady on wheelchair needs access to first floor) The idea is to build the landing and wrap it in carpet in one day so the chair lift people can come to extend the rail the next day.
