Current carpet needs removal and replacement. It would be good if the person had access to carpet from potentially commercial offcuts or the like rather than buying new, but not a deal breaker. House is tiered. There is a landing off the front door - up stairs to living, down stairs to 3 bedrooms and laundry and bathroom. only carpeted areas need replacing. other floors will need replacing with laminate but i have covered that in another job for kitchen and bathroom.
