small job in central Wellington - urgently lay one room carpet 3.8 m x 3.8m only

I have a piece of carpet that I need layed onto a wooden floor. If possible, with a low cost underlay. The carpet is already cut to size (one edge needs to be trimmed). It really just needs to be stretched and secured by a proferssional carpet layer. This is a very small job but I'm happy to pay a good fee to get it done this week (before an open home coming up this weekend). Many thanks for your replies.
