We need carpet and underlay replaced in a 65 year old home; on the staircase and in the dining room. The carpet in the dining room has some moisture build up underneath, so the new underlay and carpet would need some sort of waterproof protective barrier against moisture and water underneath it. I think it is concrete underneath. Thanks.
