Carpet repairs needed in new house build, thank you...

Hi there. We have a new build in Cambridge, but we have a few issues with the carpet. See the attached photos for more information. There are a few visible joins that we would like made less noticable (there is a second visible join in the master bedroom) as well as an issue with the carpet not meeting the wall properly in the hallway and protruding in front of the toilet and bathroom doors. The carpet also seems to be lifting slightly in various places, so if the carpet through the house can be checked for any signs of lifting or defects then that would be great. We expressed our concerns to our builder, but he has continued to ignore us so now we have to pay out of our own pocket. We are not sure who originally put down the carpet, but it is from Carpet Mill. Thanks! Matthew.
