Water damaged floor cupboard

Need section of carpet removed inside cupboard to get out and replace underlay which smells rotten. If the carpet in the cupboard also ruined, will be fine with cutting it out and putting in a border/edging and put down new covering. The bulge next to the doorframe looks to need the carpet lifted to check and repair cause. Carpet to be refitted.

Install carpet in small cabin
