Patch and joining carpet to laminate flooring

Hi, We have put in a new kitchen and laminate flooring - we need to join the flooring with the existing carpet and new kitchen bench and kick boards. Nb - There is heaps of excess carpet. The carpet is very new (12 months old) we have the steel joining rods. There is also a patch that needs to be done - again we have the carpet tape and smooth edge ready to go. It is something we could have done ourselves but we are wanting to professional job. We don't in envisage it taking more than an hour an a half. Happy to have it done outside of work hours. The sooner the better.
