Small carpet job - stair landing and single step in basement.

Our tenants had a wee flood and we need to get the stair landing and a single step re-carpeted in our basement. We are unsure how to get our hands on a small piece of carpet and were hoping someone could both supply and install. The rest of the stairs are regular wool carpet, but garage carpet may be okay. A close colour match is not required - anything in the brown/grey family of colours. We just don't want to redo the whole area until we replace all the carpet in the house at a later stage. It is on concrete. The area is 2.8m by 85cm the widest point, plus one step. Doors open onto polished concrete on one side and lino on the other. While this job is being done, the carpet on the stairs is a bit loose on the bottom of the risers on some steps which looks a bit dangerous and we would like fixed. Location is Brookfield Tauranga.
