Acacia Bay Carpet laying

Some used carpet and underlay in the garage needs to be laid in the house. Approx 30M2 in one room, a small hallway and some stairs. No urgency but as its a holiday home need to get a key to carpet layer at right time - and know when to have room cleared of furniture. The old carpet needs to be pulled up (underlay can stay in place if as good as what we have in the Garage) and we can dump that.
