90 square meter carpet laying

We have second hand ( 3 year old) carpet that needs to be laid by mid November. Currently no underlay or smooth edge. I will remove doors and move furniture myself. Can put in the smooth edge and underlay myself but can discuss best option when we find the right guy for the job. 3 bedrooms, lounge and dinning room. 2 joins to lino.
