Looking for someone to lay the excellent condition second-hand carpet I have bought for a flat in Putaruru. The layer will need to supply the underlay, smooth edge and one edging strip. Two small bedrooms (approx 3 x 3m) and a short hallway, approx. 3.5m x 1m.
