Supply & Install Carpet in Ohakune

I am currently seeking quotes to build and construct various stages of 10 Self-Contained units/chalets. I will be managing the project myself, and are issuing various requests for quotes, for different stages of the build. Building has not yet commenced, as I wish to take a ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) approach in the final design process. Please take note these units will be used commercially in an accommodation/hospitality setting. We are aiming for environmentally sustainable yet high-end, cost-effective finishes. The building itself will be made of Pre-Cast Concrete panels and left clean for tradies to come through and perform various tasks. Each room measures 7x6m(WxL). 24Sqm of which will be carpet, while the remaining 18Sqm will compromise tiles. This stage requires quotes for the supply and installation of 240Sqm of Carpet. 24Sqm per unit each space measuring 6x4m. As stated above, the carpet will be laid on bare, clean concrete free from debris and dust. To ensure fairness to all quoting, please separate material cost from labour and any sundries. When quoting material, or suggesting various carpets please supply information brochure and/or data sheets and reasoning as to why you believe the suggested material would best suit our project.
