Carpet repairs

We need new carpet in our upstairs hallway where it was pulled up to replace plumbing under the floor. We also have new tiled areas in our kitchen and two bathrooms and at the edges the carpet is damaged and does not meet the new tiles properly. They need patching and the edge finished properly. There are 5 doorways where this needs to be repaired. There is no real urgency but we are preparing our property for sale.
