Need some edges of carpet fixed back down where it was lifted for renos, ie: replacing skirting/replacing fireplace hearth. 1 section that finishes by the kitchen cabinetry that needs cutting and stretching. 1 doorway where carpet transitions to tiles has never been finished as well. Hoping to market for sale in 2-3 weeks, understand that's asking a short time frame.
