Cut edge of carpet #2

Hi, looking for someone to cut the edge of our carpet and tack it back down. We are extending the tiled area in our kitchen, so need someone to cut the edge of our carpet and tack back to floor ready for the tiler. Not a big job at all - but need someone with the right tools.
