Lift carpet and replace underlay – musty smell issue

We’re looking for an experienced carpet layer/flooring installer to help resolve a persistent musty smell in one bedroom. Scope of work: • Lift existing synthetic carpet (to be reused) • Remove and dispose of existing underlay • Inspect and lightly treat timber subfloor (ground floor) • Supply and install new underlay suitable for timber floors • Re-lay existing carpet The room has already been professionally cleaned and freshly painted, so the issue has been isolated to the carpet/underlay. Property details: • Ground floor • Timber subfloor • One bedroom only (rough size 3.5 x 2.5 meters). Please include availability and an estimated cost. Thanks.
