Carpet laying for 1 bedroom, approx 24m2

We have a rental property that needs carpet laid in one bedroom. The room is quite large, about 24m2. We are thinking of using second hand carpet and underlay to keep the costs down, as long as it is still in good condition. The subfloor is OSB. There are existing tack strips which either need to be removed, or possibly can be reused if they are still in good enough condition.
