100m2 new carpet

Hi, Looking to get our new house carpeted. House is roughly 130m2 needing around 100m2 of carpet to be laid. Wanting to have it done in stages ideally starting asap in the first 2 bedrooms. We're in the process of painting our living room and kitchen which will need carpeting once finished.
