Bedroom renovation carpet repair

Hi there, we have just recarpeted in order to sell, but have ended up staying, then decided to renovate. We need : *carpet re-stretched in the room on all sides, as well as 2 cupboards. *spaces where walls used to be patched. *We have carpet scraps here to fill in the spaces, but no underlay so providing that will need to be included in the cost.
