We have the underlay, carpet and vinyl, just need someone to install it. Existing carpet will be already removed. Not sure if existing vinyl needs to be removed or not before new vinyl goes in? Concrete floors. Spaces are: Carpet - 4x4m lounge and 2 bedrooms that are 3x3m. Vinyl: 4x3 kitchen and connected 2x3 bathroom/laundry.
