Recarpet with carpet provided

To lay underlay & carpet in my 3 bedroom, hall & lounge house. Have carpet and underlay that is approx 4 years old but excellent condition, all marked with sizes of rooms they were taken out of. Would need advice on if I need to replace the wooden bits with spikes, I plan on ripping up the existing carpet & underlay. I will move all the furniture out so there is a blank canvas to work with. I have no idea on the cost so need advice and a quote please. Would be looking at mid to late June. Thank you.
