Uplift old and Lay new carpet

Looking for someone to uplift my existing carpet and underlay (and dispose of it) and pick up and lay new underlay and carpet. Or maybe you can only do the uplift and disposal OR the installation of new carpet. Give me some prices for either or both. House is 3 bedrooms and will be vacant during job. Thanks.
