Laying some 2nd hand carpet

Hi, I am looking to get some carpet (from Trademe) laid in a rental in Wainuiomata. The area to be carpeted is about 43 Lineal meters. Obviously given the carpet is 2nd hand, they would be a certain amount of cutting and joining to make it fit. There is one set of stairs. Please note the images show the old, carpet which has now been up lifted. Thanks
