Carpet provide and install

Looking for a carpet provider and installer in Stokes Valley. We are looking at selling our house at the end of this year, so want to replace the current bug eaten carpet prior to selling. Nothing fancy. Also have a lot of creaks in the floorboard, so bonus if that can be addressed while the carpet is off. Had a quote from Carpet Mill where they listed 32.5 units of carpet required (if that helps). Around 120m2.
