Laying Used Carpet

We have been renovating a farm cottage in North Canterbury and require approx 40sqm of 2nd hand carpet and underlay to be layed. Nothing fancy just needs to be done in the next week. Opportunity to use the cottage for hunting and fishing over the summer as part payment.
