There are 3 areas: bedroom - timber floor ( painted in black color), needs carpet laying, size : 4.03 m * 3.52 m approximately ; hallway - needs replacing, size : 7.5 m * 2 m approximately ; a lough room - needs replacing, size: 5 m* 4.45 m approximately. I have included photos of the 3 areas. House is on a flat section with easy access. Many thanks
