Sewing at the seams

Hi. We have a property that is now on the market. There are two spots where the carpet has split at the seams. One is in a bedroom doorway, which could maybe benefit from one of those metal bars over the join. The other is in the lounge and in the open, so need a proper re-stitch of the seam here. Unfortunately, I don't have photos at this stage but will add if I get some. Hoping someone can be available quickly to complete this small job as the property is now on the market.
