Laying second hand carpet in unit for a rental

We have some carpet taken from a 4 bedroom house that we would like put into a unit approx 50m sq , we would need you to provide new underlay as well. Th old carpet in the the unit would need to be uplifted and disposed of as part of the job. We are trying to save money rather than get new carpet etc. But if it does not work out much cheaper we will just get new carpet installed. I appreciate that carpet layers would prefer not to put second hand carpet in. So please if you think you can make it work make contact. Thanks Joel
