Carpet laying in sleepout

Hi there. I need underlayer and carpet laid into a 5x3m room with a concrete floor. This Friday, or Tuesday or Thursday next week would be good days to get it done. I've included the photo to show what's there now. I have the carpet and the underlayer, but nothing else. Cheers!
