Vinyl layer for Bathroom

I need a vinyl layer to lay vinyl in a bathroom that is going to have the bath removed and the shower removed and changed to a wet floor shower with a slight slope to one corner. The vinyl would need to go about 4inches up the wall. The successful applicant can talk to the builder for further information
