Scotts communication wasnt great he turned up a day earlier than what time was arranged . Then showed up the second time without communication . Which caused a problem with laying the wrong carpet down . His price was quite high and communication was not good which caused problems with price . I did however give him a chance to remedy the carpet and re -lay the proper carpet at no cost . Which he done and turned up on time so i do give him credit for making good .
