Carpet Specialist Required – Repair & Stretching

When we first purchased our (new build) house, the carpet was already showing signs of not being stretched properly or fixed to the edges. They have freyed at the edge all over the house and the carpet has come loose in some spots, particularly on the stair well. There is also 1 area that will need a repair (as shown in photo). We are selling our house so require this to be done within the next 3-4 weeks.
