Rip out old carpet and install new

My first Q- Will anyone be keen to rip out old carpet and take it away? My quest as below thanks. Rip out all old carpet and install new for an office/ warehouse of approx 200ms. -potentially more jobs if the price is reasonable Eg: repainting 3 rooms and hallway, some small plastering, some gib work, floor and wall painting for a new food production room , etc.
