I need quotes for sanding and polishing the entire 97sqm 3-bedroom house. The Lounge, Dining and Corridor has been previously polished, but the kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms were covered with vinyl and carpet respective. Builders have uncovered the existing flooring and all will have floors ready to work on. This is a project prepping the house for sale - so cost efficiency and timing are rather vital. Thanks
