Lounge/dining open plan (like a fat T, approx 9m x 9m at longest points, x 6m & 3m at shortest) + hallway (approx 0.8m x 6m). We rent, house is being sold and we want our deposit back. Any carpet is better than what it came with, but our fridge and friends stained the shit out of it, so can't leave it like this.
