Moisture damaged carpet repair or replace
Job description
Carpet has been damaged from water/moisture seeping into the rooms of the unit last year. We have since finally resolved the seepage issue and now the carpets need to be repaired or replaced. My tenant has supplied the following approx dimensions of the two bedrooms affected: Room 1: 11ft"2 (L) X 9ft (W) Room 2: 15ft (L) X 9ft (W) I am open to either cutting out affected portions and patching with matching carpet (I don't believe there are spare rolls) OR replacing the full rooms depending your expert advice. I am overseas at the moment and my tenant's contact details will be provided and he is aware that he will be contacted. I will be responsible for payment. Photos attached show extent of the damage
