Carpet laying required for 213 Jervois Road Herne Bay

I have an old motel that needs some new carpet in the common areas and a 2 bedroom unit. 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT Requirements: 1. uplift existing carpet and underlay throughout the apartment, disposing of it in skip bins provided by the client on site. 2. prepare substrate: removing paint, staples, trade dust, debris or joint compound. 3. supply and install new smooth-edge, assess the condition of existing smooth-edge and replace if necessary. 3. The client will supply new 10mm (90kg density) Springstep underlay and Feltex, Cable Bay, colour "Stone", solution dyed nylon, 36oz/yd2, cut pile hard twist broadloom carpet. (FYI The area of the two bedroom apartment is 53.58sqm) COMMON AREAS: Requirement 1. uplift existing carpet and underlay throughout common areas including front entry, stairwell and foyer, disposing of it in skip bins provided by client on site. 2. prepare substrate: removing paint, staples, trade dust, debris or joint compound. - - To supply and install new smooth-edge, assess the condition of existing smooth-edge and replace if necessary. 3. The client will supply new 10mm (90kg density) Springstep underlay and Feltex, Cable Bay, colour “Stone”, 100% solution dyed nylon, 36oz/yd2, cut pile hard twist broadloom carpet. ( FYI The area of the common area is 67.53sqm) The contractor may need to pick up the carpet and underlay from a warehouse in Auckland.
