Carpet laying for 2 rooms

Hi, How much approx. will it cost to layer the carpet for 2 rooms. One is about 4x3 meters and other is 22.5x3. Also, do you cut out carpet separately as an individual piece of carpet without underlaying, so you roll in and out? If so, we need for about 4 or 3.5x2 meters. Thank you, Alina
