Tenants were leaving the deck slider door open, the carpet was getting wet and over time rotted a bit, which resulted in excessive wear and tear in one area (I can see underlay through the surface). There is another area that is discoloured (mildew/rot), but since it is in the corner they did not walk over it and it is not worn, but is still ugly. I have some of the original carpet, but don't know if it can be used as even where it is not worn out all the way to the underlay, they rolled the office chair and the carpet will be thinner in this area than new one. Anyway, I need a quote to fix this in a cheap-ish way. New tenants should be moving in on 26th of September, so it should be done by then,

Scott got in touch; I did not need to chase him. He went extra mile as job needed to be done urgently, so worked over the weekend. He also turned up on time, which I appreciated very much.
