Job description
Lounge/dining, main bedroom, 2nd bedroom and kitchen hallway need a sand and varnish. Most of it already done, but scuffed. Only kitchen and hallway nude wood. House is 100sqm. Will be ready for this job from next week. Looking for owner-operator, value price and can do job soon. The house is going to be rented so we do not need a ballroom finish... it's a clean up job really. Please contact for address so you can drop by, have a look and quote asap. House is in Otahuhu.
