Floor Sanding and new Polyurethane

Two bedroom old bungalow rencently renovated requires the floors to be resanded and three coats of polyurethane. Included is an open plan lounge/dining, 1 bedroom with 1 wardrobe, 1 bathroom, small entrance way, and coat cupboard. The finishings are in, so the least mess possible is desireable. The floors will be cleared. The job must be done in the week beginning 21 March. This is not negotiable, so please do not respond if you require flexibility around this week. No subcontracting arrangements. I expect to deal with the trandesperson that is going to do this job. Prefer quotes to be done in weekend or evenings if possible, but will be flexible on this.
