Pergola Roof/ Outdoor Roof

Need outdoor roofing for already built pergola/balcony (see photos). Approximate measurements are 8m x 2m. Most outdoor roofing such as PVC sheets or acrylic require either purlins or rafters that are at max 600mm apart whereas these rafters are approx. 1000mm apart. I originally planned to put in 2 x purlins along the middle that are rebated into the rafters and then a roofing solution with plain acrylic/polycarbonate/PVC (not corrugated ). Open to other solutions as well. Timeframe - as soon as possible (within the next couple of weeks). Happy to assist as I'm keen to learn. Looking for good quality at a reasonable price.
