Remove existing concrete slab Repair the damaged storm water pipes under the deck ( photo of this once done pls) replacing the spouting down pipe Build new timber deck approx 12m2, with extra deep footings to stop the deck moving New deck would have 32mm decking boards with a balustrade running the length of the back of the deck and returning on each side approximately 0.5m. Also in a separate quote, new timber fencing around the property approx 50meters
