there has been longterm moisture damage resulting in the bottom plate and probably some of the studs in the wall to be replaced. relatively small job if someone is looking for a fill in job between big jobs? welcome to come and look at it this week and give an idea of timing and pricing. timber framing and hardiplank cladding. easy access

Not happy, did not finish the job. Did not complete to gib finish by holidays so we could stop and paint over the break as discussed, then failed to show on the day he said he would be back at the job in january. Refused to use the wall lining we had chosen (showerline, pretty std wall lining) and was determined to rip out my 1940s featured shelving. Created more stress than help, would not recommend.

This client was determined to cut corners. I am not willing to cut corners and risk my licence.
The agreement was that I would push things along with a few days labour as her handyman was only able to work every second weekend and the client wanted the bathroom in this rental property up and running.
I had to re build things that had not been built properly.........which she reluctantly agreed to
No agreed return date.
Much disappointing!"
