Deck construction

Looking to build a simple deck at on a flat site that has two small storage sheds on it to join the sheds and provide bbq area. The deck is roughly 27m2 in size. There will be two levels, with a step down between them to cater to different heights of shed floors. Larger deck area (label 1 in drawing) is approx 4.9m x 5m and will sit about 350mm off the ground. Smaller L shape deck area (label 2 in drawing) is about 140mm off the ground and will wrap around the side of the second shed as per the diagram. We are near the ocean so timber and fixings need to be marine grade. We are not here full time so if an on-site visit is required it will need to be arranged in advance, or site visit without us present.
